The purpose of the project is the optimization of business processes, which will contribute to better competitiveness of Elgoline in the future.

Elgoline d.o.o. has also obtained part of the funds for the implementation of the project through the public call for promoting process improvements in companies for the years 2016 and 2017, “Process Voucher 2016/2017,” co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.

The main goals of the business process optimization project at Elgoline d.o.o. are:

  1. Improvement of printed circuit board manufacturing quality.
  2. Reduction of lead times for order fulfillment.
  3. Reduction of process costs.
