Computer-Aided Manufacturing

CAM

CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) is software used to process data in the printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing process. Our company uses the InCam Pro program. This software takes files containing circuit design information and converts them into data that the manufacturing machines use to create the circuit.

The main functions of the InCam Pro program include converting digital circuit designs into formats that PCB manufacturing machines can understand (e.g., Gerber and Excellon formats). InCam Pro also performs design verification against production specifications, allowing for the detection of any errors or discrepancies between the design and the final product.

Using the InCam Pro program enables our company to produce printed circuit boards with high precision and efficiency. It helps us avoid manual data entry and reduces the risk of errors during circuit fabrication. This accelerates the manufacturing process and ensures the quality of the final product.
